William, Lionel Dragart, Weyland Kohbyrne, Jacklyn, Abderos Ivanhoe, and Hyperion Silverstead are in the tavern when a drunken sailor bursts through the door wanting to do battle. After injuring Lionel, William, and Abderos and getting injured himself, the sailor mutters some cryptic word and dissapears.

Abderos visits Astyanyx Undyantara, who informs the party that the cloak of Tarsus has been stolen from the town hall without breaking the container that held it or the magical seal protecting it.

William and Lionel ride out to the edge of Taro Hill, looking for clues, and decide to camp there for the night.

Wenshin II Marc 592

Camped on the edge of Taro Hill, Lionel and William meet Acolyte Rianna of the Cult of Demeter.

After retrieving Jacklyn, Weyland J Kohbyrne, Abderos Ivanhoe, and Hyperion Silvstead from Tar, the group travels to the Cult of Demeter's encampment and destroy the invading yellow musk creeper.

Raden II Marc 592

William, Jacklyn, Rianna, Lionel, Weyland J Kohbyrne, Abderos Ivanhoe, and Hyperion Silvstead return to Tar.

Lionel and Jacklyn take William to the Wizard Nova, who prescribes several weeks rest for Williams yellow musk infection.

Meeting with Rene Galle, they learn the story of Ovate Dess' harvesting the yellow musk creeper from Fouchard Ridge.

Borrowing horses, the Jacklyn, Lionel, Weyland, and Abderos leave for the cave.

Jacklyn, Lionel, Weyland J Kohbyrne, and Abderos Ivanhoe arrive at the cave in Fouchard Ridge, where they destroy the yellow musk creeper, they discover a large evil red gem.

Sensing the presence of evil, Abderos discovers a large red gem buried within the roots of the creeper, which he decides to take to his brother in Mosley.

Jacklyn, Lionel, and Abderos Ivanhoe arrive in Mosley.

Unable to destroy the evil red gem, Carlyle Ivanhoe hides it in the crypts beneath the temple.

Raden I Kugat 592

While hunting east of Mosley, Lionel discovers a band of barbarians, kidnaps one, and brings him back to town.

Upon discovering that Lionel has abducted Xhandoxhan, leader of the barbarian horde, Carlyle Ivanhoe loses his temper and tells Abderos to leave, taking Lionel and Jacklyn with him.

Abderos Ivanhoe, Lionel, and Jacklyn arrive at Kohbyrne Manor, where they are rejoined by Weyland.

Jacklyn, Lionel, Weyland J Kohbyrne, and Abderos Ivanhoe discover the Vault of Nihu -- a cave just outside Garon which is guarded by an intelligent door.

Inside the vault, they find a Crystal Ball which they take to Torlon at Bard's College.

Lionel, Weyland J Kohbyrne, and Abderos Ivanhoe arrive in Skoal. After Weyland unsuccesfully tries to innuendo his way into finding Orin, the party goes to the Tavern where they are drugged.

Having learned that Carlyle Ivanhoe had ventured to the Vault of Nihu to investigate a robed man whom Torlon had discovered there, Weyland J Kohbyrne, and Abderos Ivanhoe leave Mosley.

Lionel, Weyland J Kohbyrne, and Abderos Ivanhoe enter the Vault of Nihu, where they meet a doppleganger who has taken on the form of Carlyle Ivanhoe. The doppleganger then succesfully charms Abderos.

After Lionel finds the real Carlyle, he and Weyland fight Abderos and the doppleganger, eventually killing the doppleganger.

With his dying breath, Carlyle explains that breaking the ebony staff will remove the evil spirits from Skoal mountain.

Heska meets Elron McKirkwell, former Magistrate of Harnx, in the wilderness between Harnx and Shel.

Upon seeing the paladin, Elron pledges himself to a life of piety and becomes a Priest of Athena.

Heska and Elron McKirkwell arrive in Shel, take up residence in Aunt Matilda's boarding house, and begin Elron's clerical training.

After Troc Namgew asks if he has any last words, Romaine utters an incantation which summons a hell hound and escapes in the ensuing panic.

While Elron, Dumarc, and Halicon dispatch the hell hound, Hesca chases and captures Romaine.

Elron McKirkwell questions Romaine Montague and learns that he is a member of the Second Empire, after which, per Duke Sage's orders, Dumarc Atonguerre and Hesca execute him.

Robert Angelus, who had spent the night at Aunt Matilda's tells Elron McKirkwell that Johann Platz, leader of the Second Empire, has gone insane and is currently holed up in the Citadel of Kahr.

Elron McKirkwell, Dumarc Atonguerre, Hesca and Halicon arrive at the Harnx Inn, where, during a welcome home celebration, Elron is stabbed by a young woman with a poisoned stilleto.

Captured, bound, and questioned by the party, the young woman reveals that Elron assinated Erin Tiberius, king of the Elves.

Halicon confirms that the sword carried by Elron is in fact the Erin Blade.

Ides Thekeh 592

Elron McKirkwell regains conciousness and explains to Halicon that the only thing he remembers about Erin Tiberius' death is the dying king asking him to deliver the sword to his rightful heir.

Halicon returns the sword to Elron, so that he may fulfill his promise.

When Dumarc Atonguerre and Hesca check on Elron's attacker, they find that she has dissapeared.

Vortishal IV Thekeh 592

Elron McKirkwell, Dumarc Atonguerre, Hesca, and a fighter named Hyde enter the Citadel of Kahr and fight their way through giant ants before finally encountering Johann Platz.

Platz reveals that it was he, not Elron who killed Erin Tiberius, then fights the party to his death.

After the battle, the party realizes that the silver staff that Platz was holding is nowhere to be found.
