Varden Erin Kenzai and Greux rejoin Troc Namgew, Torlon, Nova, and Bartholemuel.

Torlon's familiar Larendar surveys the area and finds that three Bugbears are approaching the group riding titanotheres.

Varden succesfully entagles two of the titanothere, allowing Namgew to kill the Bugbears with his crossbow, then attempts to animal friendship the third. The attempt fails, and Varden barely survives the trampling. Greux then takes out the titanothere and it's Bugbear mount.
